This project followed the client’s desire to have a simple garden that accentuated their new constructed home. The front courtyard being an important central feature to their home, we provided hard surfacing as well as flat grass area where the family could come together. The planting is linear, dense and simplified to keep maintenance low. The guard-rail is private, yet transparent to create a connection to the frontward and the street.
As most new builds, this project required coordination from various trades, we made this process seamless and completed all aspects of the landscape on time and on budget, including softscape, hardscape, irrigation and lighting. The clients are pleased with the new landscape and are happy to have a functional, beautiful and low maintenance yard.
